**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in lead follow-ups, providing information, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into clients where applicable.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of mutual goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in communication strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar communications or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, and other communication tools like Mailchimp.
- Experience in managing partnerships or affiliates is highly welcomed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Desirable: Early years qualification or experience working in an environment involving parents ( nursery, antenatal classes, school clubs...)
