**Job Title: PPC Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

2. **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, and handle any billing issues.

3. **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROI (Return on Investment).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

4. **Optimization**:

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Optimize bids, ad copy, and landing pages to improve quality scores and overall campaign performance.

5. **Strategy Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
- Develop and present new PPC strategies to increase leads, conversions, and brand visibility.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.

7. **Reporting**:

- Generate detailed monthly reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a PPC specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of managing PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with SEO and other aspects of digital marketing is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a remote contract position with flexible hours.
- The contractor is expected to provide their own equipment and have reliable internet access.
- Periodic virtual meetings with the marketing team will be required.
