BDS are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Administrator to for a nationwide Housing Organisation in their Coventry based office.

We are looking for someone with experience in admin, housing not mandatory but desired. A background working with Buffer support and Data entry would be advantageous.

Duties include but are not limited too;
- Provide an effective administrative service to include, sales, assignments, further advances, alteration requests, and leaseholder consultation
- Deal effectively with all correspondence enquiries and complaints, referring issues to colleagues as appropriate and send out acknowledgement letters
- Ensure that high quality, good value services are delivered in accordance with the Association’s business plan, and that all activities continually improve services to our customers
- Ensure that liaison with the Customer Service Centre staff, local housing teams and other Orbit teams is effective in achieving a seamless service to customers.

The role is initially 4 weeks long term sick cover, but could be extended from there.
- Hours; 8am
- 4pm or 9am
- 5pm (can be flexible)
- The role is Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
- Pay rate £11.44ph PAYE/ £15.18ph UMB

Start date of 17th April

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.44-£15.18 per hour

- Monday to Friday
