BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to work for a well known, nationwide Housing Association within one of their Coventry offices in CV3.

Duties include but are not limited too;
- Undertaking concise meeting minutes where required
- Arranging team meetings, organising meeting facilities and preparing agendas
- Ordering of goods and services by purchase order, as directed
- Take ownership and accountability of own learning and for quality framework measures in respect of own role.
- Ensure KPI’s, quality and performance

Hours: 9am to 5pm - Monday
- Friday

Pay Rate; £12.20ph PAYE

This is a temp ongoing position for around 4 months to start ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £12.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
