**What You Need to Know**

Reporting into the I&C Service Manager, you would be working as part of a key team within the business. Communication with colleagues and clients is key as is attention to detail and the ability to work on several things at once. This is a challenging role and a great opportunity to get involved in a growing, fast paced business.

**What We Are Looking For**

This key role is to primarily assist with the management and overseeing of all I&C rental operations in a safe and efficient manner to secure the business objectives of the customer as well as the revenue and margin objectives of the product line. The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for:

- The efficient running of the rental produce line.
- The promotion of excellence in customer satisfaction.
- Being the key focal point for I&C rental activities utilising the I&C administration & Workshop teams to make sure all work is carried out accurately and on time.
- To mentor and support I&C administration/operations team.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any issues highlighted during the execution of works.
- Assist the Service & Rental Manager in implementing the appropriate measures to maintain high performance and ensure on-going growth of the I&C business stream in particular the rental side of the business.

**Skills & Experience**:
Essential
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship, training and/or extensive proven experience within Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge in Pressure Testing Equipment.
- Knowledge in Flushing Equipment.
- Demonstrable successful experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrable product knowledge.
- PC literate.
- Experienced AX12 (Microsoft Dynamics) user.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and take responsibility for effectiveness of department output.
- Able to relate to team, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
- Able to respond effectively to the demands of a high and varied workload as well as changing workload priorities.
- Highly motivated and goals driven.
