**MAIN PURPOSE**:Under direction of Rental Team Leader to assist in departmental operational job processing, PO processing / receipting and process of flow documentation within department.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and issue Aspire rental activities reports
- Assist in processing rental request forms and raising purchase requisitions
- On & off hiring of equipment in Rental software system
- Receipting of hire PO’s in purchase to pay system
- Maintenance and standardising all rental equipment groupings and descriptions within Rental software system
- Assist in maintenance of equipment inventory card within software system
- Work with other team members to ensure job process in accord with call off requirements
- Assist where appropriate in improvement of department procedures and processes

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
Good Keyboard Competence, Familiarity with routine office administrative systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
