Office Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in placing orders.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Good typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Note: This is a paid position, training will be supplied. Flexible hours/working days can be agreed at interview stage.

**Salary**: From £10,140.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
