**Customer Support Coordinator** **Leamington - Permanent - Full Time - Salary £20-25,000 per annum**

**The Customer Support Coordinator day to day duties are as follows**:

- Responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with professionally, within agreed timescales
- Manage and maintain engagement with customers for the whole sales cycle, monitoring reviews and feedback to solve issues
- Responsible for support communication with customers across all brand owned and third-party platforms to ensure resolution of any issues and deliver customer delight
- Be the voice of the customer in the business, acting as a conduit between the sales and product team to drive future product development
- Develop, write and manage customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organisation.
- Liaison with UK Bicycle Insurance partner to fulfill customer orders and ensure CRM system is updated with customer information
- Support all aspects of fulfillment and servicing of key global accounts including Amazon - order confirmations, invoicing & logistics documentation.
- Liaison with logistics partners to arrange domestic transport bookings for parcel and pallet movements to key account customers.
- Keep stock levels on the company website up-to-date to maximise eCommerce sales opportunity
- Assisting financial controller with payment reconciliations using Sage 50 accounting software (training will be provided)
- Process improvement - assist the management team with reporting and process development where necessary to assist in increased efficiency across all areas of the business
- On-site support of company brand presence at international trade and customer events as required
- Secondary cover within the warehouse for pick-and-pack support as and when required
- Other ad-hoc duties to support wider objectives of the business

**The Successful Customer Support Coordinator must have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail orientated, good organisational skills and a positive approach to new tasks
- IT literate and willing to learn new skills and programs
- An interest in cycling would be a bonus
- The role is office based in Leamington Spa, with (up to) 1 day per week based at our facility in Southam, with travel required periodically when needed (to support customer events)
