Our small and dynamic team at Ceiba is expanding, and we are looking for compassionate and creative individuals to join us in providing support and mentorship. We understand this is a critical time for our clients, filled with exciting opportunities and challenges. **Your role** will be crucial in providing emotional and practical support, helping them meet those challenges and take those opportunities. We work with individuals, and our purpose is to give our clients the confidence and the skills to express that individuality.

We believe in partnership and positive outcomes for all involved. This role provides an **opportunity** for you to develop skills and experience working alongside MDTs, mental health coordinators and other clinicians. We aim to provide a work environment that is rewarding, enjoyable and empowering.

Our standard **contract **offers 36 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12, with an additional £45 per night for sleep-ins. We operate on a shift pattern of one day on and two days off, ensuring staff have a good work-life balance. This does include weekends and bank holidays. We provide **full training **and support colleagues to develop their knowledge and expertise in areas they are interested in.
