Our team is dedicated to building strong relationships with families, providing expert guidance, and delivering restorative practice. We work closely with young people at the edge of care, addressing concerns related to mental health and substance misuse.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme and shape the future of children's social care in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be passionate about achieving better outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.
The salary for this role is around £43,441 per annum, including a £3,500 market supplement subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 is available.)
Job Description:You will work intensively with children, young people, and their parents/carers within a contextual framework. Your key responsibilities will include developing your skill base and knowledge in adolescent mental health, substance misuse, contextual safeguarding, and extra-familial harm.
You will also build strong relationships with children, young people, and their parents/carers, offering support and guidance to Family Support Workers and overseeing interventions. Responding to risk in a timely manner and ensuring appropriate safeguarding actions will be essential aspects of the role.
