The Tool Connection sells five major brands, our tool range specialises in the automotive sector and our products are available through automotive wholesale outlets, motor factors, independent retailers, hardware stores and van sales. All our brands are well known worldwide and acclaimed for their quality, real value for money and backed up by a technical service that is second to none.

We are searching for an Customer service coordinator who will develop an exceptional relationship with our customers and become an outstanding advocate for our brand.

You will be joining a friendly team in a modern environment with fantastic prospects for future progression - our current Managing Director started his Tool Connection career as a warehouse operative, so we are experienced in growing our teams and giving them the best support, they need to flourish.

**Location**: Southam, Warwickshire

**Hours**:37.5 per week (Monday - Friday)

There will be a choice shifts:
**9.00am - 17.30pm - with 1 hour for lunch**

or if you would prefer

**9.30am - 17.30pm with 30 mins for lunch**

**Main responsibilities**
- Inputting orders on our data system
- Promoting products as required
- Dealing with Account Manager enquiries
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively
- Always Providing excellent customer service
- General administrative duties as required

**Required Skills**:
**General skills include**:

- Excellent Communication / telephone skills with a helpful and friendly approach
- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths to grade C/4 or above
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good time-keeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Some experience of SAP or other similar order entry system would be an advantage
