**The Role**

In a busy industrial sales office you will be carrying out the following tasks.
- Taking customer enquiries from receipt, through to order.
- Advising and recommending the most appropriate technical solutions to customer problems.
- Liaising with our manufacturers over pricing, lead times deliveries, technical issues.
- Developing new opportunities with customers and turning them into key accounts.
- This is mostly office based but there will be requirements to visit customers and suppliers.

**Qualifications**

**Skills**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written English and Arithmetic
- An ability to learn and retain technical information

**College**

In addition to your college work, you will receive training on products, sales skills and technical certification and standards.

You will attend college on day release and a certain amount of office time is set aside per week to help with your studies.

**Salary**: From £356.25 per week
