Business Support Officer

**Key Objective for this role**
We are currently looking for a of **Business Support & Planning Co-Ordinator** in our **Bicester** Head Office to.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the available resource to ensure we provide a safe/cost effective service delivery, that ensures our customers compliance.
This position reports directly to the Head of Business Support Division and will require you to develop relationships with other key peers within the business.

This is a full-time role; the contractual hours are 37.75 hours per week.

**Your Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities required include, but are not limited to:
- Comply with Health & Safety Policy and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures. Adhering to Zeta Services training requirements as requested.
- Working with the Commercial Team and Infield Service Delivery Team’s to support the business operational goals, objectives, new initiatives, and drive business growth. This requires strong time management skills and disciplined work behaviour and good communication skills.
- Supporting the safe delivery of service and compliance to Zeta Services and customers
- Safety, Environmental, Operational policies through planning excellence.
- Assisting the Divisional Heads of Dept in ensuring that the division commercial and compliance goals and objectives are achieved through the efficient/Cost effective utilisation of labour resource, ensuring alignment with operational strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documents to provide management reports relating to Business Support matters for internal and external customers.
- Support the infield service delivery teams with the required information necessary for them to get on site and carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that we have adequate operational coverage in all operational/reporting activities.
- Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
- Being an ambassador for the company internally and externally.

- Previous experienced in a labour resource planning role.
- Understands the importance of working with integrity, to the highest professional standards and how to engage employees.
- Reasonable IT and computer literacy.
- Able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and Zeta employees alike.
- Understand when to communicate and escalate concerns or issues.
- Possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation.
