**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Proven experience in office administration
- Proficient in using SAP and other relevant office software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**What will your role look like?**
- Provide comprehensive support to our busy Customer Facing Team
- Undertake all administration requirements in alignment with our business recording systems
- Manage general office duties, including handling telephone queries, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception duties
- Prepare all incoming enquiry paperwork for distribution
- Input data into SAP to maintain accurate records
- Ensure the upkeep of First Aid boxes and manage Defibrillator updates
- Responsible for ordering office stationery as needed
- Willingness to take on any other duties as required
