Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily invoices for clients utilizing the Navision software.
  • Managing import and export documentation.
  • Generating purchase orders through the AX system.
  • Overseeing the procurement of office supplies and miscellaneous consumables.
  • Administering payroll by calculating weekly hours worked and compiling data for submission.

Additional Duties:

  • Managing and distributing petty cash.
  • Organizing filing and archiving systems.
  • Providing support with various administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and records management.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the sales ledger.
  • Tracking attendance records.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Compensation:
Competitive salary up to £27,170 based on experience, along with 25 days of annual leave, pension matching up to 10%, sick pay, life insurance, complimentary onsite parking, and free refreshments.
