Jaguar is an iconic brand with an illustrious heritage that is now undergoing a dramatic transformation. As part of the ‘Re-Imagine’ strategy for the JLR business, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end customer journey, underpinned by an all-electric car portfolio.

As part of the brand led turnaround, we are implementing a new direct customer sales strategy and are therefore building a programme team to define and deliver a new brand store portfolio globally. This role is a key part of the team to deliver this strategy.

This role will be accountable in support of a large programme, managing teams effectively, overseeing projects/programmes and prioritising tasks accordingly in support of the Brand Stores Implementation Programme Manager, the overall Brand Stores strategy and supporting the Head of Brand Stores Portfolio Management and Brand Stores Director as required.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

Supporting / Delivering the following as part of the Brand Store Implementation Team:

- Defining the process of store construction, all concepts and fittings, and then bringing the project to life.
- Lead the coordination of all retail team activities to provide relevant information at the right time to ensure the Property delivery team can manage the development process of stores construction.
- Reporting into the wider Programme Management office to make sure they are aware of brand stores project status
- Defining the variance in stores requirements and ensuring the individual project plans meet such requirements.
- Key responsibility for ensuring the delivery of store construction by the Property delivery team and making sure all requirements are met to enable Brand Stores team carryout their job.
- Defining and eliciting of requirements to and from the Programme Portfolio Management and actively communicating of programme progress with high level stakeholders
- Leading and enabling programme resources, ensuring projects are delivered to required timescales, quality and cost.
- Reporting on the programme in line with JLR delivery methodology and Portfolio Management processes.
- Partnering with relevant internal functions/stakeholders ensuring that all programme deliverables are met.
- Enabling and leading third-party suppliers where appropriate.
- Supporting the identification, planning and coordination of a portfolio of change projects within Jaguar Brand Stores
- Proactively support the planning and optimisation of resources in line with business change priorities so that a realistic delivery programme is established and maintained.
- Support in ensuring future processes and solutions are consistent with JLR's strategic plans.
- Be instrumental in supporting a programme team of project management professionals, monitoring progress through regular reviews and maintaining close contact with all stakeholders.
- Support in the planning, direction, and co-ordination of programme activities from initiation to final implementation stage
- Support and lead ensuring the vision, goals and objectives are defined consistently for all projects.
- Monitor and report programme/portfolio performance (cost, timing, resources, deliverables and risks)
- Work with relevant ‘Product Owners ‘to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
- Support and lead the definition of Operational Acceptance processes for store opening.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

As the Brand Stores Implementation Lead, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Demonstrable experience managing complex programmes/portfolios of change projects with track record of delivery
- Prior Knowledge and experience of program management skills and wide demonstration of experience in construction.
- Formal Programme/Portfolio Management Qualification E.g Prince 2
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management
- Identification of risks and creation of mitigation plans.
- Ability to translate detailed requirements across the broader portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledgebase.
- Ability to define & manage significant risks and issues
- Negotiation and adaptability
- Experience of working with Project Management tracking software e.g. JIRA
