**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Do you have experience with complex programmes/portfolios and stakeholder management, or prior knowledge and experience of IATF16949?

As the IATF 16949 Quality Standards & Processes Lead, you’ll be a key part of the Jaguar Brand Stores team; identifying, planning, coordinating and creating an IATF16949 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and its content. You’ll also manage key interdependencies with adjacent business functions and processes that relate to the team.

You’ll work with key stakeholders such as HR, Brand and Customer Experience to define and build the operational processes, tools, guidelines and processes that will enable our stores and store staff to deliver a modern luxury retail experience to every Jaguar brand store visitor across multiple national and international geographies.

Within this role, you’ll also work effectively with teams, supporting and leading content creation and prioritising tasks accordingly in support of the Brand Stores Implementation Programme Manager, the overall Brand Stores strategy and supporting the Head of Brand Stores Portfolio Management and Brand Stores Director as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of architecting how JLR deliver a first of a kind operation into the marketplace, within a new and exciting team consisting of a mix of members from all different backgrounds and experience.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Key accountability for delivering and establishing an IATF16949 compliant QMS for the Jaguar Brand Stores team
- Identifying and documenting Jaguar Brand Stores processes, procedures and controls of store strategy through to operation.
- Lead the coordination of team engagement to enable input, review and sign off of QMS content.
- Reporting into the wider Programme Management office to make sure they are aware of brand stores QMS project status
- Define, plan and communicate requirements of establishing the QMS and an audit ready position. Regularly reporting current status to the team.
- Lead the communication of the purpose, value and requirements of the IATF16949 compliant QMS
- Understand and integrate the Jaguar Brand Stores team’s QMS within the wider JLR Company Quality framework
- Once the QMS is established, define a continuous improvement plan to optimise and a refine the Jaguar Brand Stores processes, procedures and controls.
- Lead the continued operation, measurement and improvement of the IATF QMS including Management Review
- Work with JLR Internal Auditors to for audit scheduling and facilitating internal audits of the Jaguar Brand Stores QMS

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

As the IATF 16949 Quality Standards & Processes Lead, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Demonstrable experience managing IATF16949 or ISO9000 or complex programmes/portfolios of change projects with track record of delivery
- Prior Knowledge and experience of IATF16949 or program management skills
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management
- Identification of risks and creation of mitigation plans.
- Ability to translate detailed requirements across the broader portfolio.
- Proven skills and experience in documenting business processes, operations and execution
- Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledgebase.
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in the use of Viso or ARIS Process Mapping Tools
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Negotiation and adaptability
- Experience of working with Project Management tracking software e.g. JIRA

Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 24 months. If you are a permanent employee, you will return to your current role / team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role. If you are a fixed term employee, you will be offered a new fixed term contract for this assignment.

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role.
