Working in collaboration with business leads to continually identify opportunities for optimising our ways of working, driving lean processes and/or digitalisation, removing any waste and enabling fast and efficient delivery with our experts in Commercial from House of Brands, Centres of Excellence and Markets / Regions. Ensuring that as we are delivering our strategy and our organisation is transforming, we are evolving and optimising our processes and governance models iteratively to enable our direct business models whilst always driving simplification and value to deliver a Modern Luxury Client Experience.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Supporting / Delivering the following as part of the Brand Store Implementation Team:

- Continually drive opportunities for optimising ways of working; identify waste in our operating model (e.g., multiple decision layers and meetings, duplication of effort for our people)
- Drive consistency in core process modelling (House of Brands, Centres of Excellence and Markets / Regions) to enable end to end simplicity, transparency and value.
- Drive lean process modelling and implementation with business leads and/or digitalisation (e.g., remove excel spreadsheets and use toolsets)
- Implement a simple model and toolset for business leads to enable them to optimise our processes and governance frameworks daily / weekly.
- Lead the implementation of a consistent tool set in Commercial for Business Operations and strategy delivery (tool to manage team quarterly activity and prioritisation)
- Support Global Process Owners in delivering process excellence, provide coaching and support.
- Create a community of best practice with Global Process Owners on ways of working and tools.
- Responsible for aligning and ensuring mapping of and optimisation of processes and governance where Commercial interface into other enterprise chapters.
- Create data set and reporting on business excellence to support continual optimisation. E.g., time taken to deliver value to our clients.
- iERP - the Commercial Lead for iERP process mapping and alignment, e.g., define gateway milestones, artefacts and deliverables.
- iERP - Functionally accountable to support Commercial Business leads to deliver change management. e.g.,communications, impact assessments, training

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

As the Process Lead, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Experience in process modelling and mapping
- Experience in governance model
- Ability to think and be brand and client-led
- Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail.
- Able to analyse data for reporting purposes
- Good communication skills, both within immediate team and with other departments
- Good team player but also able to work using own initiative
- Cross functional planning & delivery alignment and management
- Ability to work on own with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to represent Commercial view to other cross functional stakeholders
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, good problem-solving skills.
- Good listening and communications skills
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
