Our prestigious utilities client based in Warwick have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Finance Process Lead
**with proven experience in **designing, building, and implementing financial processes to join them for an initial 12 months contract.
Location: Warwick 2 days in office 3 days working from home
**Hybrid.**

**About Our Client**

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:
- Strong business process modelling skills including a good understanding of Shared Services' processes.
- Excellent management accounting capabilities.
- Good data management skills with experience working with project and asset data.
- Experience on transformation programmes including data migration and change activities such as Business Change Impact Assessments, Training Needs Analysis etc.
- Good working knowledge and experience of financial risk and controls environments.
- Confident in stakeholder management and working across teams to deliver objectives.
- Be prepared to travel to sites on an ad-hoc basis.
- Experience within finance / month end / financing.
- Managing accounting.
- Capita accounting. WBS and knowledge of how to manage the flows.

**The Role & Key Responsibilities**
The Finance Process Lead offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of this exciting programme and will support the CFO workstream. This workstream will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the Finance back-office functions of the FSO.
As a key member of the CFO workstream team, you will work closely with the Operational Finance Lead and FSO Finance Lead to build the new CFO function team, processes and governance required for the FSO. This will combine today's Finance and Business Services teams, creating a CFO function to support the FSO to deliver on its net zero ambitions.
**You will**:
- Work with the finance team to build to-be finance processes that are fit for purpose, agile and efficient for the FSO, ensuring all appropriate controls are properly embedded. Support with any workshops and materials required to design these processes.
- Consult with other Programme workstreams to build out the critical end to end processes. With support from the central process team, ensure these are fully documented in Blueworks and all links and dependencies are captured and fully understood.
- Support the data migration activities for the workstream. Working closely with the data migration team, provide support in agreeing data scope, data cleansing and assist in any remediation work required during the various migration testing cycles. Ensure all data, in particular project and asset data, has been migrated successfully into the separate SAP S/4 Hana instance for the FSO.
