As a Finance Business Plan Lead, you will play a crucial role in the agreement of the next Electricity Transmission (ET) regulatory price control which will set our revenues and financial framework for FY26-FY30 and help to shape the future of the business. You’ll be one of the main interfaces with the Electricity Transmission business and finance team, as well as Ofgem and other stakeholders.

You’ll oversee the internal plan, justification, and evidence, ensuring the internal business planning products reflect the latest intelligence from a price control perspective, maintaining the link to Ofgem submissions. You'll set the business planning process and consolidation, have oversight of the modelling, and be responsible for it all coming together to the required internal and Ofgem timelines. You'll draft sections of the business plan submission and ensure sufficient review and challenge to deliver a robust and defendable plan. You'll deliver this by working with a sizable virtual team, while a smaller, more concentrated core team will report to you.

The project is in its early stages and this role will evolve as the project goes on giving you the opportunity to help shape it.

**About You**:
Ideally, you are a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with extensive post-qualified experience and have an FP&A and/or FBP background. You have proven stakeholder management experience and are a strong influencer, leading teams and driving accountability. Experience within a regulated business is advantageous.

**What You'll Get**:
£75,000-£85,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
