Job description: We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner, to work at a reputable organisation based in Warwick, on a permanent basis.

You will be expected to:

  • Building and managing financial plans
  • Providing financial leadership for finance related matters back to other departments
  • Building, managing, and developing a finance team
  • Ensuring budgets and forecast are supported by business-owned assumptions
  • Supporting the CFO with interpretation of financial metrics
  • Being the key financial link between different departments

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Accountant with externa audit background (desirable)
  • Have the ability to demonstrate financial and business leadership
  • Have a track record in driving commercial benefit
  • Be a relationship builder
  • Be organised and have good communication skills
