As the Brand Stores Digital Projects Planner, you’ll join our global retail development team. Reporting to the Brand Stores Activation Manager, you’ll deliver a variety of projects related to Jaguar’s digital retail strategy, focusing on the elements that are consumer facing and have a direct impact on the consumer experience.

You’ll manage the day-to-day digital project management ensuring we remain on track to deliver against the concepts we have outlined. Examples of responsibilities include refining detailed requirements into user stories, outlining the content requirements and managing the delivery process, briefing internal and external delivery stakeholders, and managing internal approvals.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Research and analysis of customer and retail trends to identify new customer facing digital experience opportunities.
- Working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop customer-facing digital experience concept proposals from ideation through to proof of concept and prototyping.
- Support the implementation of the Jaguar omnichannel content strategy in relation to the Brand Stores touchpoints. To include writing content briefs, supporting the content development process, supporting the translation / transcreation process, and CMS management.
- Support in the development of a "hypercare" strategy, ensuring that support systems are in place for all digital touchpoints.
- Create business cases and conduct feasibility studies identifying the requirements, risks, opportunities and commercial / customer impact to demonstrate viability of new retail experience concepts.
- Collate input for key business meetings and ensure material is accurate and of a high quality.
- Deputise for the Brand Stores Activation Manager at meetings, where appropriate.
- Support the wider Brand Stores concept team on ad-hoc projects were necessary.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As the Brand Stores Digital Projects Planner, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Experience delivering customer-facing digital projects, from concept through to delivery
- A motivated, self-starter, out of the box thinker
- Build and leverage strong stakeholder relationships
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Analytical but pragmatic approach
- Commercial awareness
- Reporting and Presentation experience
- Confident Microsoft Office software user
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
