As the Brand Stores Activation Planner, you’ll join our global retail development team. The activations team are responsible for the marketing and events activity across the global Brand Store locations. Reporting to the Brand Stores Activation Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of a variety of in-store marketing activities, including but not limited to; awareness campaigns, content production, takeover installations and events, customer retention activity, and launch activations and events.

This role will focus on marketing activation projects for our Jaguar Brand Stores - from exciting takeover installations that embody our brand storytelling, to product launch updates throughout the space, and not forgetting an exciting and diverse in-store events programme aimed at attracting new audiences and nurturing existing customers.

You’ll be responsible for helping to define the requirements for the above, prepare the briefs, and engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout the delivery process.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Research and analysis of customer and retail trends to identify new in-store campaign and activation opportunities.
- Support the implementation of the content strategy in relation to the Brand Stores digital and physical touchpoints. To include writing content briefs, supporting the content development process, and CMS management.
- Work with regional Jaguar teams to execute campaigns, supporting localisation requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is aligned to approved product and brand comms plans, and that formal governance and sign-off processes are followed.
- Support the Brand Stores global event strategy, working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop proposals and support delivery.
- Maintain individual project delivery plans ensuring key milestones, dependencies, risks and assumptions are updated and communicated with key stakeholders.
- Create business cases and conduct feasibility studies identifying the requirements, risks, opportunities and commercial / customer impact to demonstrate viability of new retail activation concepts.
- Collate input for key business meetings and ensure material is accurate and of a high quality.
- Deputise for the Brand Stores Activation Manager at meetings, where appropriate.
- Support the wider Brand Stores concept team on ad-hoc projects were necessary.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

As the Brand Stores Activation Planner, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Passion for cutting-edge retail experiences, particularly in the luxury sector
- Experience delivering retail-specific campaign activity, from concept through to delivery
- Expertise in event pre-production and on-site delivery
- A motivated, self-starter, out of the box thinker
- Build and leverage strong stakeholder relationships
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Analytical but pragmatic approach
- Commercial awareness
- Reporting and Presentation experience
- Confident Microsoft Office software user
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
