Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an eCommerce Campaign Operation Executive join their project in the UK

- Alena I. | +44 151 808 1052**As a hands-on campaign operation executive, you will be responsible for**

**campaign operations and deliver monthly and seasonal Ecommerce Campaigns. This**

**includes campaign tactics operation, campaign assets request and feedback with design**

**team, campaign page and resource allocation and assortment, and campaign recap. You will**

**have opportunities to work with XFN teams both based in China and the UK and support**

**diverse ecommerce platform campaigns.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for campaign landing and executing UK TTS campaigns, including mega sales, occasional festivals (e.g. Halloween) and other platform campaigns, responsible for the smooth landing on operational process;- Generate campaign operational timeline to monitor key tasks will be delivered on time;- Work closely with design and product teams on campaign assets/resources request and delivery and ensure asset/resource quality which align with campaign key message and tactics;- Lead campaign page, resources and traffic tactics, set up, monitor and recap performance through whole operation timeline; work with DA team for AB testing to further improve resource efficiency;- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with business campaign POC and other cross functional teams (e.g. Graphic designers, product team, PR, Search, R&D team etc) for campaign landing and optimization;- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaign page

**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, e-commerce operation experience preferred;- Strong communication skills and multi-stakeholder management skills;- Strong stress management and time management skills, can always task prioritize and deliver results efficiently;- Logical thinking with a strong data-mindset, with hands-on experience on Excel spreadsheet, SQL or equivalent is a plus;- Familiar with the UK e-commerce landscape and strong knowledge on various marketplaces' category products;- Adapt to change, and able to work in the fast-pace and ever-changing working environment,- experience from working across different cultures is preferred.- Proficiency in English is required

**Preferred skills/qualifications**:
- Project management skill- Experience working with an international team- Familiar with PS, Figma or any design background is a plus- Chinese speaking is a plus
