We're a dynamic and fast-paced team striving for ambitious growth across our EU territories. As a Senior Ecommerce Executive, you'll work closely with industry experts to execute the country trading plans, oversee the day-to-day operation, and optimise the sites to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in planning, executing, and optimising the regional ecommerce strategy.
  2. Work closely with the CRM team to plan, translate, and execute CRM campaigns and daily activations.
  3. Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing to ensure optimum execution of the trading calendar for the Dutch sites.
  4. Manage and optimise key site KPIs, such as Revenue, Profit, Traffic, Conversion, Average Order Value, and bounce rate, driving continuous site improvements to reduce barriers to purchase.
  5. Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance, and define strategy.
  6. Provide regular reporting of performance metrics to inform suggested actions to improve performance.
  7. Track relevant competitor activity to provide constant context on market positioning, informing the trading calendar and strategy.
  8. Work collaboratively with peers, leveraging their previous experience by acting as a role model and mentor for more junior executives.

Requirements

  1. Language skills: native Dutch and fluency in English.
  2. Strong understanding of the Dutch Beauty market.
  3. 1+ year of ecommerce trading experience, either through work experience, placement, or internship.
  4. Strong command of relevant tools and software, e.g., Microsoft office suite, with minimum intermediate Excel skills, and Google Analytics.
  5. SQL advantageous.
