About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for executing the country trading plans, overseeing the day-to-day operation and optimization of our ecommerce sites to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in planning, executing and optimizing the regional ecommerce strategy.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to plan, translate and execute CRM campaigns and daily activations.
  • Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing to ensure optimum execution of the trading calendar for the Dutch sites.
  • Manage and optimize key site KPIs, such as Revenue, Profit, Traffic, Conversion, Average Order Value & bounce rate, to drive continuous site improvements and reduce barriers to purchase.
  • Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimize sales, measure performance & define strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting of performance metrics to inform suggested actions to improve performance.
  • Track relevant competitor activity to provide constant context on market positioning, informing the trading calendar and strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, leveraging their previous experience by acting as a role model and mentor for more junior executives.

What We Offer

  • Strong understanding of the Dutch Beauty market.
  • 1+ year of ecommerce trading experience either through work experience, placement or internship.
  • Strong command of relevant tools and software, e.g. Microsoft office suite (with minimum intermediate Excel skills) and Google Analytics.
  • SQL advantageous.
