As an Ecommerce Executive you will not only implement, but also monitor the ecommerce trading activity across our Debenhams site. This role involves managing the promotional plan and brand campaigns across the website ensuring all promotional activity goes live on time, correctly and according to plan. You will be responsible for directly supporting the ecommerce trade team and help continue the expansion of our ecommerce platform.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Monitor analytics to measure performance of activity and make recommendations to change.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt trading activity to maximize sales for the different customers in each market.
- Work with the user experience tool by testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, creative, and targeting those, which drive the best results and response.
