Ecommerce Growth Manager Job Description

About the Role

Kofax is seeking an experienced ecommerce growth manager to oversee our global ecommerce operations. As the ecommerce growth manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the checkout user experience, managing payments and promotions, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages.
  4. Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  5. Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  6. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  8. Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, automate manual processes, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  9. Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C ecommerce, with a preference for subscription and global experience.
  3. Detailed understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality.
  4. Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
