Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

As a key member of our global team, the Ecommerce Marketing Strategist will oversee and optimize our global ecommerce operations, focusing on enhancing the checkout user experience, managing payments and promotions, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages.
  • Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, and automate manual processes.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field, 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C ecommerce, and proficiency in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
