About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Creative Strategist to join our team at DTCjob.com. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading creative strategies for e-commerce and DTC campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audience, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead creative strategies for e-commerce and DTC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform and adjust creative approaches.
  • Oversee the creation of multi-channel content that speaks to the brand voice and supports the customer journey.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure the creation of compelling visuals and messages.
  • Optimize creative assets based on performance data and testing insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in an e-commerce or DTC setting.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in developing data-driven creative strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
