Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages.
  • Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and automate manual processes.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

About the Role:

This role is a key part of our global marketing team, responsible for driving ecommerce growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C eCommerce, with a preference for subscription and global experience
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes
  • Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, VWO experience is ideal
