- **About the role**

Working within the Onboarding & Registrations team you’ll be responsible for welcoming new businesses to Drax and ensuring the customer journey is the best it can be.
- Day to day you’ll resolve customer and industry enquiries, escalating as appropriate, to enhance the customer experience whilst meeting business and industry requirements. You’ll provide effective Customer Onboarding to customers ensuring they experience a seamless transfer to Drax. Your support will ensure correct details are showing in our systems to match the customer contracts and their first bills are accurate and are paid on time.
- You’ll work as part of a wider team focusing on building outstanding relationships - not only with customers, with internal colleagues too. Your aim will be to consistently deliver excellent results against your agreed performance objectives. This will involve delivering excellent service by proactively managing customers’ accounts and making sure that you respond to and resolve all enquiries in a timely and professional manner. In achieving this, you’ll meet all service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to internal guidelines and industry requirements.
- As part of the role, you’ll check contract details in our systems are correct to ensure a successful registration. This will also mean that the company produces accurate and timely invoices, collects outstanding monies effectively and identifies opportunities for additional account renewals and sales.
