Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their service needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and processing of customers’ calls, service requests and parts enquiry order - Provide advice and information to all external and internal customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining at all times excellent levels of customer care.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Capture and input of data from incoming service and parts requests directly onto an in-house service management system.
- Adhere to external customers’ processes and policies when completing and inputting data on to external customers’ service management systems.
- Effectively handle non-credit account customers’ payments via credit and debit cards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions based on customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
