This is a fantastic role for someone with MS software and cloud experience looking to develop their skills with this Global Software and Cloud powerhouse for their UK division. The role will be essentially supporting the Account managers by adding anotherlevel of support to some huge household names in the UK. Building strong working relationships in order to spot new opportunities for the experts to sell into the clients.

Your role will be 70% reactive - managing all client queries, quotes and supporting in processing their orders. And the balance will be various projects to identify new opportunities for cross/up selling.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- RFP process with Sales Organization
- Upsell and Cross-sell within named accounts
- Service Adaption and Utilization
- Opportunity identification
- Targeted campaign support, enablement, and upsell
- Attend internal/external customer calls and presentations as an expert resource
- Collaborate with sales on strategic high potential customers to develop an account plan to maximize opportunities and increase gross profit attainment.
- Support customer setup and onboarding as needed
