**Overview**

Bright Purple have an amazing opportunity for an ambitious, driven, and bright software/technical sales professional to work with one of the UK's most exciting space tech start-ups. Their customers are based across the world, covering academic institutions to renown space techs and agencies. Their core products enable space-based systems and services to be developed quickly.

Significant successes over recent years, including the rapid growth of their customer base and increased visibility of their services, means they are targeting big headcount growth this year. **Package**

On top of a salary doe of £35,000 - £48,000, you will expect to receive OTE via sales target bonuses, 36 paid days of holiday, a great pension, sick pay, the opportunity for global travel to some of the world's coolest space destinations, and enrollment into their collective ownership model which gives employees a significant stake in the company.
The role would be a mix of in-office collaboration with other teams, some remote, and occasional travelling. Being commutable around the Central Belt is ideal.

**Experience**
- Previous experience and understanding of technical/software sales or SaaS sales is essential
- Good CRM knowledge
- Ideally experience writing some aspects of technical documentations or tenders

**In the role YOU will be**:

- At the front line of representing products to prospective customers (Business Development)
- Working with marketing to devise and implement medium and long term sales plans
- Managing accounts with existing clients (Account Management)
- Working to advise on product and service changes to ensure you are inline with the market and at a competitive advantage

This position would involve a two stage interview process with a final meeting with company founders including the CEO.
