**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Administrator**
Team Swift are looking for an HR Administrator to join our great team This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is passionate about developing their knowledge of the HR function in a varied and challenging role.
You will have the opportunity to be part of the growing popularity of the British staycation and work within in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- HR inbox management - ensure all queries are answered or escalated appropriately
- Provide administrative support for new starters (scan and allocate all paperwork, produce clock cards etc.)
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks across the full employee life cycle
- Maintain employee records on the HR system and ensure GDPR compliance
- Prepare and issue letters to confirm changes in terms and conditions of employment
- Manage the leavers process and provide weekly leavers report
- Absence management: ensure all absence and leave is recorded accurately within the HR/Time and Attendance systems
- Assist with meeting arrangements and note taking for formal meetings (disciplinary, grievance etc.)
- Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Be flexible with approach to the delivery of projects, understanding the challenges faced in different environments within the organisation, which on the whole are fast paced and demanding
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Passionate about developing a career in HR
- Experience working within a fast paced HR environment
- Excellent IT skills are essential
- Hard-working, organised and punctual with an accurate and consistent performance
- Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
- A collaborative attitude who is keen to learn and bring ideas to the team
