**About Our Client**:
The client is a Not for Profit and Charities organisation based in Hull.
The Administrator will have the responsibilities of:
- Provide support and guidance to staff and customers in relation to the various processes
- Approving absences
- Proactive 'check-ups' on those who have had previous engagement issues, or other risk factors for engagement
- Support a range of activities related to engagement and attendance monitoring
- Administrative duties in relation
- Administrative support for reporting
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Administrator will:
- Have knowledge and experience of working in an office environment covering a range of customer service tasks and administrative task
- Can use a broad range of products from the Microsoft Office suite and have the ability to learn new systems and software
- Has a good general education showing clear evidence of literacy and numeracy. For example, GCSE Maths and English A-C
- Can demonstrate accurate, effective and efficient record keeping
