**The Role**
We are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Fortem branch in Hull

Please note, this is a fixed term position for 12 months, working Monday to Friday 8:00am until 16:00pm

We are looking for someone to join our Administration team and ensure that high levels of Administration support and branch support is provided. The role involves completing general Administration duties to a high & accurate standard, ensuring you take ownership of work with great organisation skills, allowing you to forward plan and meet deadlines by prioritising work.

**The Project**
Typical work will comprise of the following:

- Input of timely and accurate information into our IT systems
- Produce accurate documentation and/or correspondence
- Ensure full compliance with the standards, documents library and forms library
- Speaking to subcontractors and internal employees and maintaining a high-quality telephone manner
- Booking appointments with residence over the telephone
- Once trained; maintain and enter Certificates into systems
- General office administration including meeting minute taking, ordering suppliers and similar admin tasks
- Providing support to the management team

**Essential and Desirable Criteria**

- Confident with IT/Computer systems
- Confident communicating over the telephone
- Previous Customer service or Administration experience would be preferred

**Desired Criteria**

NVQ 2/3 in business/office administration
