**Days - Monday to Friday**

Summit Selection are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start in the National Avenue area of Hull. Working at our client’s modern premises, you will be offering administrative and customer service support to the team and large client database.

**Hours**

9:00AM - 3:00PM Monday to Friday

1 hour unpaid lunch - 25 paid working hours

Main duties include:

- Generating and reconciling invoices and purchase orders on Xero
- Using the company’s bespoke CRM system to input orders (training given)
- Photocopying, scanning, typing, postal duties
- General office support to the team
- Answering the telephone and providing the highest levels of customer service

You will have good listening and learning skills, with the ability to work accurately in a team and on your own initiative.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
