**Office Administrator needed for 12 month FTC**
£25,000 - £27,500, 28 days hols (inc B.Hols), parking, statutory pension.
Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm
I am delighted to be working with a small, but progressive business involved in the adaptation of homes.
They are recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Administrator to support a small but close-knit team.
Specific tasks will include:
- submitting tenders
- scheduling works
- liaising with councils, agencies and private individuals
- managing the work schedules for our team of fitters and liaising daily with them to ensure projects are running smoothly
- ordering products
- managing stock levels
- ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
- keeping files and on-line records up to date
