We are recruiting for an **Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover)** to join our team. This is for a minimum of 9 months but could lead to a permanent role. Immediate start.

You will need to be an experienced general Accounts Assistant, extremely organised, with good attention to detail and able to work at a fast pace in a very busy environment.

**Job Purpose**:
You will assist the Management Accountant in a range of general accounts tasks including, processing all purchase invoices, dealing with supplier enquiries, authorising payments and reconciling supplier accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years accounts experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Good Excel and SAP ERP system knowledge, great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced pressured environment.
- A critical thinking and inquisitive mindset to proactively problem solve is key to succeed in this role.
- Good punctuality and attendance.
- Must be adaptable, conscientious, and enthusiastic.
- Professional and friendly attitude to supplier and staff.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferable but not essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise.

**Hours of work are 30 hours per week and can be worked on a flexible basis between the hours of: 8.30am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 3.30pm Fridays.**
