**Job Title**:Customer Service Administrator

**About the Trust**:
East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust provide services to the local community to around 500,000 people, with the regional cancer centre supporting around 2 million people. They provide care to the community with an annual budget of around £350 million and more than 5,000 staff.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Maintain confidential occupational health records using an electronic record keeping system, inputting, and accessing records accurately in accordance with standard procedures.
- Update resourcing system to input outcomes of new employee health assessments.
- Trouble shoot cohort queries from colleagues, customers, employees, and managers.
- Accurately update records for starters, leavers and where there are changes in personal details.
- Arrange appointments at appropriate times and clinics in accordance with local procedures and key performance indicators, highlighting to senior staff if waiting time targets cannot be accommodated. Send appointment confirmation text messages.
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner and organisation skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
