About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence for project teams.
  • Assist in managing documentation and communication for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
