About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract. As part of this role, you will provide essential administrative support to project teams, manage documentation and communication for ongoing projects, and develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence for project teams.
- Assist in managing documentation and communication for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
