Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Laboratory EquipmentJob Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Planet Pharma as an Administrative Coordinator - Laboratory Equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of Third-Party Contractors supporting laboratory equipment across R&D sites.

The role requires strong administrative skills, including system administration and update work orders within agreed metrics. The selected candidate will also act as the first point of contact for contractors, managing their arrival and compliance with site and safety procedures.

Requirements:
  • Desirable experience with computerised maintenance management systems.
  • Knowledge of EHS and GXP guidelines, with ability to manage contractor inductions and safety procedures.

We offer a competitive $65,000 per year salary, along with the opportunity to work with a reputable client in the life sciences industry.
