Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Admin & Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prospectus-4. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Community and Partnerships and contribute to the smooth operation of the Community Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, finances, and general operations of the organisation
  • Assist in identifying and actioning opportunities to increase Community Centre revenues, income, and bookings
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, including emails and phone calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with finance administration and ability to raise invoices and process payments
  • Ability to minute meetings and assist in event planning

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. As an employee of Prospectus-4, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
