Job Description
We are seeking an Admin & Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prospectus-4. This part-time role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Community and Partnerships, ensuring the smooth running of the Community Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, finances, and general operations of the Community Centre.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Community and Partnerships.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
- Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure all financial transactions are coded correctly.
- Minute meetings and assist in event planning.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff and volunteers.
Requirements
- Experience in administration and/or finance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in finance admin and able to raise invoices and process payments.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
