Job Description

We are seeking an Admin & Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prospectus-4. This part-time role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Community and Partnerships, ensuring the smooth running of the Community Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings, finances, and general operations of the Community Centre.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Community and Partnerships.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are coded correctly.
  • Minute meetings and assist in event planning.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff and volunteers.

Requirements

  • Experience in administration and/or finance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in finance admin and able to raise invoices and process payments.

Salary and Benefits
