We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at a Greene King pub in [location]. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the pub
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
