We're seeking a skilled Behavioural Specialist Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a Behavioural Specialist Assistant, you will work closely with individuals with complex needs, providing support to live full lives, develop skills, and maintain their wellbeing.

This role offers a competitive salary of £27,352 per annum (based on 40 hours/week) and opportunities for career growth and professional development. You will also be part of a supportive and inclusive work environment that values excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting customers to lead active lives, engaging them in meaningful activities and promoting independence
• Developing independent living skills, including cooking, shopping, cleaning, and decorating
• Collaborating with customers to manage anxieties using Positive Behaviour Support and Autism-specific approaches
• Collecting behavioural data and essential paperwork for analysis within our local management structure

We are looking for candidates who have experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driving licence and willingness to drive as part of support duties are also required.
