Job Description:

As an Administrative Support Specialist at PROSPECTUS-4, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Community Centre in Broxbourne. This temporary, part-time position involves working closely with the Head of Community and Partnerships to manage bookings, finances, and general operations of the organisation.

This role requires a high level of administrative expertise, including managing petty cash, handling day-to-day correspondence, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will also be responsible for assisting with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting, as well as minute-taking and event planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
