Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities. This includes assisting clients with daily living tasks, engaging them in meaningful activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care.

About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication administration
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care for each individual
